| Accident
at Work
We recently had a client who had to kneel down to lower the
shutters at her place of employment. She had to do this as
the key fob that operated the mechanism was not working. She
injured her knee quite badly. She had instructed another firm
of solictors who had acted for her for 2 years without success.
They had closed her file. When she contacted us she had 4
months left before her right to claim expired. We fought hard
for her and the solicitors (a large legal firm) acting for
her employer were battling hard not to pay her anything. We
managed to secure a settlement for her in the sum of £20,000.00.
She
could have easily not bothered to make a claim after her first
solicitors got nowhere for her. Our specialist solicitor took
great pride in the success of this case and had fought on
(where another solictor had already given up).

Road
Traffic Example
We recently had a client who was involved in a road traffic
accident with
his wife and her sister. They all suffered whiplash. They
were not happy
with the solicitor they used initially and then transferred
their files to
us. We swiftly managed to secure the family a total of £7850.00
in
compensation.

Food
Poisoning case examples
We recently successfully won a case for four clients who had
suffered food poisoning after eating a chicken donna kebab
from an indian takeaway. We managed to fight their case for
them and negotiate a settlement in the total sum of £28,800.00
for them. We exceeded the clients excpectations and advised
them to wait for an offer that was fair and right in their
claims instead of just settling the claims below value. We
negotiated hard on their behalf.
To
show our support and belief in our client we used our own
money to fund the court fees and our own money to fund the
actual day to day costs of running the claim (which runs into
thousands of pounds). We have not asked our the client to
pay any money to us and our commitment to our client is that
they receive all the compensation they are awarded.

Tripping
Incident
We are curently acting for a young boy, now aged almost 6.
In October 2004,
when he was 2 he fell over a bollard and injured himself.
It has taken over 3 years of battling with a local council
but we have managed to secure an offer in the sum of £6,000.
We have never given up on the client despite the fact that
there were numerous factors detrimental to our claim. To show
our support and belief in our client we used our own money
to fund the court fees and our own money to fund the actual
day to day costs of running the claim (which runs into thousands
of pounds). We have not asked our the client to pay any money
to us and our commitment to our client is that they receive
all the compensation they are awarded.

Bike
Cyclist accident
We acted for a client who was knoocked off his push bike by
a car. The insurance company for the car driver made a low
offer to the client to settle his claim. With our expertise
and guidance we secured a settlement for our client of £5,000.00.
To show our support and belief in our client we used our own
money to fund the court fees and our own money to fund the
actual day to day costs of running the claim (which runs into
thousands of pounds). We have not asked our the client to
pay any money to us and our commitment to our client is that
they receive all the compensation they are awarded.

Accident
in an Ambulance
We acted for an elderly lady who had injured her leg. She
was being taken to hospital for treatment. When she was being
moved by the ambulance operator they caused her good leg to
be cut on the wheelchair. The client now had two legs which
she could not use and her mobility was affected. Although
she was 82 years old she was mobile. This case is quite a
sensitive one as our client was elderly and left in a difficult
situation. The ambulance company were not accepting fault
and fought quite hard against us. We however used our expertise
and secure the client £3,000 which was actually less
than her claim was worth. However our client wished to finalise
the claim and we wished to look after and support her and
acted upon her wishes. To show our support and belief in our
client we used our own money to fund the court fees and our
own money to fund the actual day to day costs of running the
claim (which runs into thousands of pounds). We have not asked
our the client to pay any money to us and our commitment to
our client is that they receive all the compensation they
are awarded.

Accident
in a supermarket
We recently acted for a client who had slipped in a well known
supermarket on some pea soup. The supermarket did nothing
to help her and then denied the existence of the soup. Our
client was ultimately successful in her claim and received
£3,500 in damages from the supermarket. This was an
excellent award for this claim.

Accident
in a Dentist surgery
We are currently acting for a client who was installing blinds
in a dentist
surgery. He caught his finger on a used syringe which had
been left on a
window sill. At first the claim looked difficult to prove
and the defendant
fought the claim hard. We managed to get the client an award
of £3,200.
